Return & Reprint Policy

At Child ID Cards Online, each card is custom-printed specifically for you. Because our products are personalized, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.

Please read our policy below.


Defective or Damaged Cards

If your card arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, we will gladly reprint and mail a replacement at no additional cost.

Examples of defects include:

  • Printing errors not matching the approved proof

  • Smudged or faded print

  • Physical damage caused during production

  • Incorrect card material or finish

To request a reprint, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the card

Once reviewed and approved, we will reprint and ship a replacement promptly.

You do not need to return the defective card to receive a replacement.


Non-Defective Cards

Because each card is custom made, we do not accept returns for:

  • Spelling errors or incorrect information submitted at checkout

  • Design choices you approved

  • Change of mind after production

  • Orders placed in error

Please review all information carefully before submitting your order.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different design or updated information, a new order must be placed.
